Advance Payments

Any advance payment made to confirm a booking is generally **non-refundable**, as it is used to reserve the event date, plan designs, and arrange materials.

Service Cancellation

If the client chooses to cancel the event:

  • Cancellations made well in advance may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for any refund due to preparation and material costs.

Event Postponement

In case of event postponement, the paid amount may be adjusted for a future date, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after confirmation
  • Delays or issues caused by venue restrictions, weather conditions, or third-party services
  • Failure to provide required permissions or access at the venue

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds, if any, will be decided based on the stage of work completed, materials purchased, and overall preparation done for the event.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable time frame.
